This guy. Do you recognize him? This is a young man, dying inside, looking for some outside influence to heal the inside forces of dark despair. What I found was that nothing – drugs, alcohol, or even a porn ‘stache, could relieve the internal hurts of a past that had no father, money or stable place to live. Was beaten to a pulp by peers, kidnapped by a serial pedophile. Lotta aches on the resume.
At 12, the alcohol consumption, beginning with gulping any booze I could steal in liquor cabinets, poured into Mason Jars, a concoction I called “Weasel Piss.”
Drugs were added to the menu in 9th grade – pot, acid, coke, meth…whatever I found to numb the pain of past & present. Overdosed in Jamaica, died, hovering over my body until revived.
Committed countess crimes, motivated by a hate for rich people. Robbery, vandalism, sold stolen goods. I always wanted more. I was a more whore.
Did comedy beginning in high school, but no laughs could halt the anguish. Tried to take my own life.
On Nov 20, 1987, I found life. It’s the day I stopped all mind altering substances. I surrendered. Now victorious, in more ways than this kid, who paid someone to take his SAT’s, could have imagined. Success beyond dreams, but the greatest achievement is the self discovery of the man I was destined to be. Freedom!
I owe it all to sobriety. thank you all for taking part in the bliss I now get to experience!

With the money raised, me and my children, Jackson and Chloe, went grocery shopping. Not for us! L O L. It was for food for a man who is barely hanging on.
Comedians do not have pensions, a union or organization that supports these independent artists. It seems insane to me that the people who bring Laughter to the world, are generally cast aside and not acknowledged. people are quicker to cancel a comedian for a joke they don’t get, than they are to give a glowing review or pass the word around about a comedian they enjoy.
Stanley Ullman performed standup for over three decades, supplying countless laughs, but now, due to poor health, he cannot get up on another stage.
On Thanksgiving day, me and the children brought him foods and goods. More to come, but I wanted to let you know that your donation put a smile on his face, and assuaged his anxiety.

Several months ago, I purchased tickets for 1 of my all-time favorite performers, Stevie Nicks. I messed up, forgot the date, booked myself in Las Vegas. They are tearing down the Tropicana, and I wanted to perform there one last time, but it falls on the night of Stevie’s concert at the Forum in Los Angeles.
Amazing seats. First one to to DM me can buy them at face value. Floor seats only a few rows from the stage.

So many memories of that old casino, starting with meeting Rodney Dangerfield, backstage, with him snorting cocaine off of two naked women. He turned to us young comedians, and said, “do you know why I do this? Because I CAN!”
Another time, an audience member had a seizure in the middle of my show. They carried them out on a chair above heads, like groom at a Jewish wedding.
