Jeremy Jones Instagram – The pesky heel turn. When I raced my coach use to say, “you gain a second on your toe turn and lose a second on your heel turn.” Focusing on driving my back arm through the turn has really helped in opening up my front shoulder. A posi, posi stance has been a game changer too. Stance; 12 to 15 degrees BF, 28 to 35 FF.    📷 @ming.t.poon #crossmteam
