Jim Baird Instagram – I just scanned a few pics from my 2005 canoe trip down the South Nahanni River in Canada’s Northwest Territories. Trip participants included my buddy Arie @adventure_fitt_akasha and my brother @ted.baird it was a self guided trip and was super expensive for us at the time. Multiple well meaning people told me that this was a once in a lifetime trip and to do it now while I’m young. After this adventure I was deeply hooked and I just couldn’t accept that. Looking back 18 years later, I’m glad I didn’t listen to them.
