Martyn Ford Instagram – Changing it all up, all over strength training to slowly transition into sports specific functional movements …. Understanding your body, the process and the safest way to switch it up is important, but do not underestimate the importance of consistency and dedication. Anything is possible within reason, but nothing comes easy. Making sure that in this phase, I take full advantage of the extra help I can from @animalpak , especially Creatine. Martyn Ford Instagram – Well, this has to be the fastest cut I’ve EVER DONE ….. we are still 4 days away from filming, so I know I can still drop a load more, the joy of not knowing when filming starts 😂 …. But as always, I love a challenge, and I’m extremely happy with results so far. Down from 142kg and now sitting at 137kg in 4 days, training 4-5 hours a day, sauna and 80g of carb a day 😂🤦‍♂️ ….. it’s not ideal, but tough times, call for drastic measures ….. let’s get to work 👊🔥 HUGE shout out to @animalpak and the Animal Cuts, definitely added an extra dimension. #animalpak #fitness #fatloss
