An hour on the stair climber followed by weights and core. All that exercise was nicely balanced out by an amazing night @surfclubrestaurant Thank you so much for the incredibly warm hospitality and amazing food. Not pictured: ALL the crudités, dips, deviled eggs, crudos, and Champagne to begin the evening, and the delicious Bucatini Pomodoro before this excellent short rib Wellington served with sauce Perigordine (one of my favorite of the French sauces). The team is truly outstanding all around. Special thank you to Uris for making this night so special, David from New Orleans for great wine, Chef Michael DeCicco, and Pastry Chef extraordinaire Odille Arias.
And a most special thank you to my amazing husband for making sure I celebrate for several days! Today, I’ll be by the pool if you need me, with the Champagne sent by my sister 😎🤘🏽
