Chrissie Swan Instagram – Chicken soup! Super quick version. Still delicious – most of the time I do the whole chicken carcass thing but sometimes you need an express soup xx I hope you don’t need it soon @joelcreasey but it’s ready when you need it my love. The real hero here is Lee Kum Kee Chicken Boullion Powder. KAPOW! 💥 (Anyone sick of my vlog era yet? 😂)
Chrissie Swan Instagram – I’m still working out the best/easiest way to poach an egg but you all have eagle ears and I briefly mentioned Chia Pudding in my supermarket-hack video and you wanted my recipe for it as if it were a vault track from Taylor’s version of 1989… It’s so easy and SO DELICIOUS. You will just LOVE. I usually make it on a Sunday and eat it over the week. Let me know how you go! (Recipe at end to screen shot but I’ll also pop it here👇🏼) Also yes, my vlog era has well & truly arrived 😂 Chia Pudding One cup white chia 600mls coconut milk 500mls almond or oat milk 4 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar. Whisk dry chia and sugar together. Mix in liquids with a spatula. Leave in the fridge til pudding-like (maybe 2 hours?) This is about 6 serves depending on how much you like to eat!
