Chrissie Swan Instagram – I’m still working out the best/easiest way to poach an egg but you all have eagle ears and I briefly mentioned Chia Pudding in my supermarket-hack video and you wanted my recipe for it as if it were a vault track from Taylor’s version of 1989… It’s so easy and SO DELICIOUS. Chia Pudding
One cup white chia
600mls coconut milk
500mls almond or oat milk
4 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar.
Whisk dry chia and sugar together.
Mix in liquids with a spatula.
Leave in the fridge til pudding-like (maybe 2 hours?)
