Diksha, a Girls’ Education Program student from @roomtoreadnepal faced discrimination due to her skin color. This angered her sister, who decided to help Diksha learn to see her own beauty and recognize the importance of diversity.
This experience, coupled with the knowledge Diksha gained through Room to Read’s Girls’ Education Program, inspired Diksha to speak out against injustices in her community.
