CUSHION GROUNDING SHEETS I can’t sit for too long without something underneath my bum. Being comfortable is the key. I have a travel grounding sheet that I use but you can just get a grounding mat or put your feet on the ground in nature! (Studies are showing it absolutely does have an effect on you)
COPAL CLEANSING – The idea is to “bathe” yourself in the smoke, that’s why Palo Santo (as much as I love the smell of it) doesn’t have the same effect IMO, but lighting the charcoal waiting for it to ash and dropping the resin is a whole thing, which I don’t always have time for, so Palo Santo or sage is my “busy day” option. HAPE- Amazing and powerful medicine. Tobacco inhaled into your lungs- bad for you, but in other ways it can be a medicine, that has been used by the indigenous people for 100’s of years. I love the immediate grounding effect it gives me. It helps to calm down my thoughts. If interested, I suggest attending a tobacco ceremony and learning more about it.
MICROD0SING SUPPLEMENTS – There has been so much incredible research done on the power of psil0cybin, you can listen to @hubermanlab podcasts about it. The protocol that my therapist and I decided on has helped me work through a heartbreak and open up the flow of creativity, all while not feeling that “high” feeling which I personally don’t like. But even if you’re just working with a multivitamin, talk to your supplement and ask it to do what you want it to do.
MEDITATION/BREATHWORK/PRIMING – Sometimes I do all 3, sometimes I do just one @drjoedispenza combines breathwork/meditation/visualization in his hour meditation so I tend to do that most of the time. Holotropic breathwork though (not what Dispenza does) is absolutely incredible and will get you out of your head like nothing else @tonyrobbins priming exercise is a quick feel good magic maker!
