Izabella Miko Instagram – We like to be mad at someone or something and we like to put blame somewhere else besides ourselves. Maybe you feel like you’ve been wronged in some way, or maybe you feel like you deserve so much more than what you’re getting. These thoughts will become the “background” of your emotional state, your “autopilot”. Also understand that in a weird way these feelings often make us feel alive. The anger, the resentment. It feels like fire inside of us. It burns, but we feel alone. We are actually addicted to these states. @drjoedispenza talks a lot about this and his meditations address getting out of that state, but it takes time to rewire your brain. 🤷🏼♀️ The “normal” response is to then blame yourself for all of it, for creating this reality. That’s yet another unnecessary loop. Don’t judge yourself, just observe, interrupt the pattern and SHIFT.
