We documented Rebels Farm and their Equine Therapy Sessions with inmates at a maximum security prison. Every individual involved was moved and impacted in some way including us as filmmakers.

Family of 3! Pasta meal prep for my loves 🍝❤️ This is a super simple meal I made using groceries from @costo ✨

All you need is:
✅ 3 whole bell peppers
✅ 3lbs of ground beef
✅ A whole bag of organic spinach
✅ 3 bottles of Kirkland signature organic marinara sauce
✅ 2 packs of Garofalo organic penne pasta
✅ FlavorGod garlic lovers seasoning @flavorgod
✅ shredded Parmesan cheese

A very important part of dieting is listening to your body! As women our bodies need certain nutrients during different times of the month. I started fasting the first three days of every month (which is great spiritually to gain clarity and physically) then I allow myself a week of eating whatever my body is craving. This week we’re having pasta for dinner 🍽️ I tend to cook in large batches, it’s much easier on me with a very busy and active toddler 😆 and it allows me to enjoy our evening walks without stressing over what to cook for dinner!
