Michelle Clunie Instagram – It is hard to process. Unimaginable. I went to the Hawaiian islands for the first time when I was fifteen years old. We stayed in Lahaina. I found paradise. I fell in love with Hawaii; the people, the food, the weather, the terrain, the ocean, and the culture. Coming from Portland, it was the first time I ever swam in the ocean. I would then spend the rest of my life going to Hawaii whenever I felt I needed rest or needed to get away. It is where Dashiell first swam in the ocean, first touched sand, first snorkeled and first body surfed. I love Hawaii. I especially love the people of Hawaii. My heart breaks.
