To those who have shared, signed petitions & donated, Thankyou , for your compassion, your time and your efforts …humanitarian Aid is SO IMPORTANT right now , donations are SO IMPORTANT,
as is emailing our foreign affairs minister , @senatorpennywong , asking for our Government to call for a ceasefire 💔

BUT …please remember to look after your mental health, take a few breaks from social media , you can help , we should help , we can’t ignore what is happening.💔 so pls donate whatever you can , share information on how to do so – head to @amnestyaustralia , @plan_australia @doctorswithoutborders …. There are thousands of innocent civilians- no matter where they are from , ESPECIALLY children who need our help , our donations and our voices .

But ….please do look after yourselves, it’s possible to do both . It’s ok to take a little break from social media if it’s getting too much for you or your loved ones.
