Serena Ryder Instagram – ahhhh!!I received a JUNO nomination today for an album I wrote about my mental wellness journey. It took so much trust and care and dedication to create this album and I’m SO GRATEFUL from the bottom of my heart for this nomination. I couldn’t have done it without my music fam who created this album with me @spidermelk, @tawgs, @gordiesampson, @joezookmixer. This is more than an album to me – it’s my connection to every single one of you out there who struggles on their life’s journey and just needs to know you are not alone.
