Whilst she did not fully embrace the disco craze sweeping the era, a few disco-inspired tracks made it into her 1978 album ‘Rough’, including the funk heavy ‘Viva La Money’. As well as continuing to conquer the stage, Tina also graced more and more television screens in the late 1970s. Her performances during this era reflected her newfound control over her stage persona and evolving musical prowess.
