Directions:
Take all your Thanksgiving leftovers, the turkey, the mashers, the gravy, the brussels sprouts, get it all. Now heat some butter in a big, big oven safe skillet with sides. Add the leftovers with a little milk or cream. Make the filling saucy. When it is just right, pull the skillet from the stove, lay a pie crust over the pot pie filling. Crimp the edges with a fork. Bake at 375 until the top is flaky and golden.
