Constance Zimmer Instagram – We are doing a Mindfulness advent calendar this year, so every day we are given different mindful tasks, which has been really enlightening. Today’s message was “change your outlook, change your life.” Try to see how others are dealing with a situation, not just what you see. It’s been a hard year and has caused a lot of inner searching for what matters and how to heal and move forward. So here I am starting today off climbing up the stairs with excitement about what’s ahead of me, instead of walking down the stairs sadly thinking what’s behind me. #wednesdaywisdom
Constance Zimmer Instagram – THANK YOU, 5!! Thank YOU @roguemachinetheatre @isidora and @joshuabitton for inviting us to do this for the second time and crushing it once again with new cast members!! It’s so important to keep Theater ALIVE, where artists can truly craft and be creative. I not only got to meet new friends, but hug and hang out with some of my longest friendships in this business! (If you swipe you’ll get some sage advice from @traciethoms) Also amongst the laughter @stephenadlyguirgis performed an original monologue to introduce @garyjulesmusic singing “it’s a mad world,” 18 year old @sophiepollono sung her heart out and @mrcheyennejackson closed the show, don’t think there was a dry eye in the house after those moments! It was a beyond wonderful night with beyond wonderful people! #tbt to #tuesday
