Lesli Margherita Instagram – 10 years ago today I moved to NYC- a place I neeeever thought I wanted to live lol, but a little show called Matilda made my Bway dreams real, and so I would have to brave the subway. I was sure I would be fired, so I only sublet for 6 mos from a girl I had met just once- a now forevs pal @heleneyorke . Well, I didn’t get fired, and my original plan of one year in NY turned into 8. (props to @darthstafford for holding down the LA fort😝) I fell in love with nyc, but mostly the family of weirdos I made in the Bway community. Sofa king grateful to be able to call both LA and NYC home. Also grateful I didn’t get fired. But you get it. Happy NYCversary! -except to the rats. Not to them. 🐀
