Megha Gupta Instagram – Don’t be fooled. It was a cold cold day. We were at about 1-3 degrees C. and even though in my acting career I never ran around trees in Kashmir or Simla or some such in a chiffon saree, this new hat that I have dorned, that of a biohacker, certainly made me do some part of that😜 I want to say I was freezing, but I wasn’t. Barely any sleep, most of us flying in from all parts of the globe for @dragonfly_health , spirits running high, catching up with each other out of Social Media which connected us in the first place that none of us even complained. The last video is me minutes before my talk in the green room. I always always get jiggy with it 😜 Chaga, my beautiful beautiful chaga, the adaptogenic mushroom, kept me going. I didn’t sneeze even once, flying in and out of the US like I’m going to the next lane from my house. It’s been such a learning curve exchanging notes with the ladies with the most sauce in the world of health, wellness and Biohacking.
