Mela Murder Instagram – Every time I come back home I’m reminded of what real wealth happiness and peace is . I see it and feel it everywhere, without force. it’s abundance that only Creator, Mother Earth can create and provide. It’s the fact that I am effortlessly aware and connected to it that makes it so potent and alive in my spirit. my mind goes quiet often here (which is rare) especially in these waters. Perfect Peace. I can’t explain the beauty and magic that exists here, you just have to come experience it for yourself to get it. i can’t say enough how grateful I am that my blood is of the blood of my Boriken ancestors , what a blessing it is to be Borikua!how grateful I am this paradise is my motherland. 🇵🇷🌞🌺 Borikén

Mela Murder Instagram – My first dance workshop in 6 years ! First workshop sober first workshop as a mom. I broke down crying in the cab to the studio, I felt triggered to drink .. drinking was my way of coping with anxiety before getting in front of a room filled with strangers expecting you to deliver some hot shit 😂 I never really connected with anyone who came out to support me. I REALLY wanted to connect with each individual that left their home to share space with me. My vision when creating the approach for this was to give the tribe a glimpse into my healing journey. I named the work shop SURRENDER. first hour was SHADOW second was HIGHER. Feeling safe is always my main priority when gathering. Working through the initial guards up to be fully present in our bodies but mindful and respectful of everyone else. vulnerability is not easy. I gained more then I thought I would. All I have are my feelings that’s it I have nothing more to say other then THANK YOU! And that The next one is already in the works
