Home Actress Nina Williams HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers December 2023 Nina Williams Instagram - Front Range home vibes ✨ in my routine. 6 weeks ago, before leaving for China, I injured something in my palm - localized, acute soreness directly under the middle finger. The pain would come after (not during) a climbing session but it got worse over the course of my travels to the point of near-constant aching. After making it through the Dual Ascent comp I cut my trip short and returned to the States. For the last two weeks my hand rehab has been TBlock hangs and a couple 60min easy bouldering sessions. I’ve also been getting a solid nights sleep, drinking a ton of water, reading morning/eve, shooting my daily ginger juice (lol), and eating more consistently. Also cycling, doing yoga/mobility, and hanging with friends 💛 I think these habits, as important as the finger rehab itself, has contributed immensely to a faster healing process. The ache still hurts but is slightly less. I wanted to push it a little and was so bold as to try a short session on the 🌙 board - with success! Felt a little scary punching for moves but I chose problems with straightforward holds/beta. The ache afterwards was not much different than other times. I haven’t gotten an official exam from a physio since the pain seems to be improving. Am listening to my body and caring for it in other ways 🤗 Now for a little trip to New England for some family time! Then back on the program 💪🏼 @thenorthface_climb @scarpana #climbing #recovery
