My Point:
1. The challenge isn’t what life gives us, but how we handle what we’re given. I chose very early (and very young) that my babies & I were all going to defy odds and WIN…. Even when the odds (& people) were against us 💪🏽
2. Write AND work your vision (faith is an ACTION word) and watch your vision work for you ❤️
3. It’s NEVER too late to CATCH your dreams!

I think I’m settling into this 50 jusssst fine!!
This year wore me out 🤣🤣 I have to lose 20 lbs to get back in my comfortable & healthy zone … I’ve got 7 to go … But I’m gonna say 10 so I have a cushion 🤣🤣🤣
You know, I used to think that inspiration mixed with motivation was the true key to success … but now I am realizing as I reflect over my life thus far, that it’s really your DISCIPLINE that is your true & lasting cause-and-effect for any change that you want to personally see in your physical, mental, emotional or even financial health.
Raising 3 daughters, putting them through private school and college (at the same time), with zero child support (but amazing family support) as a full-time Real Estate Broker/Owner AND during the recession (Jesus be a fence!! LOL) … it was my DISCIPLINE to keep the faith (daily prayers), DISCIPLINE to see the vision come to pass (you have to SEE it to see It), DISCIPLINE to till the land (#dothework) and the DISCIPLINE to know that in spite of every, single, sometimes CONSTANT fiery darts thrown at you (how many know about those CONSTANT darts, like Geesh! 😭), that you have the strength OF DISCIPLINE (because discipline is a strength- catch that!) to keep you on the path while God is making every crooked place straight!!
Discipline is the key to growth. Now, let’s grow. Los Angeles, California
