I wanna talk about anxiety. My little one is full of it. And I am, too. Maybe that’s why we bonded so fiercely. There’s nothing we can really do to turn our brains off. I don’t know about you but on my worst days, it’s easy to scroll on these social platforms and feel envy. What an ugly feeling. Because no one else’s journey is meant to be like mine. So, why are we all walking around comparing ourselves to one another? Note to self: get off the phone. Go hold onto something real, something tangible. Take a breath. Find gratitude in the little things. Whatever I’m feeling today is for my own protection. And whatever I don’t have today is for my highest good. My timing is mine. And I want nothing but joy and right timing for everyone. Just wanted to get on here and mess with the algorithm a little bit. This is my truth. And if you’re reading this and you feel anxiety, or envy, or find yourself in a dark day, maybe diving deep in a comparison disease, you’re not alone and you’re not awful. You’re just human and having an uncomfortable time right now. Turn that straw into gold. Make art, make someone smile, make a meal, make a list, check it twice. Do something. Just get off your phone. I love you.
