I will always remember for Bianca‘s ninth birthday she changed her profile name to “look out world the girl is nine”. That has been her mentality since day one. In a couple months she should be done recovering from her injury and now it’s gonna be her time to shine and fulfil what we all knew she would. Marko just turned 5 a couple months ago so I’m not sure if he’s gonna remember these workouts but I know I will. Carving and maintaining a trail from my backyard over a wet area, through a forested area, and it eventually connecting to a community trail. The log portion was a lot tougher than I expected and I kinda messed up my back for a few days. Today I put up the sign and made it official. It’s not finished but we’ll under way. Woodland Beach

With my shoulder injury and my tennis elbow on the same arm I couldn’t apply much force at all, I basically avoided training exercises that included my arms as much as possible. As a result my strength dropped off. This creatine is definitely helping me get my strength back now that I’m finally able to do some basic exercises. I always seem to be a work in progress lol.
