Anthony Carelli Instagram – With my shoulder injury and my tennis elbow on the same arm I couldn’t apply much force at all, I basically avoided training exercises that included my arms as much as possible. As a result my strength dropped off. This creatine is definitely helping me get my strength back now that I’m finally able to do some basic exercises. I always seem to be a work in progress lol.
