These images provide a deeply intimate glimpse into the life of a quadriplegic man and the dedicated effort of his team to prepare him. This project not only sheds light on someone’s most vulnerable moments but also offers insight into the experience of disability.
David has been a dear family friend for a long time, and I’ve known him since before the accident. His daily inspiration, as he continues to radiate positivity even in the most challenging of circumstances, truly amazes me. When he asked me to come meet him to shoot just the process of him getting ready for the premier I knew I had to.
If you haven’t watch the documentary I recommend you do so to understand his amazing life. He was the lead stunt double on the Harry Potter franchise which then lead him to having an accident of the filming of the last film.
