The Real Full Monty Jingle Balls
The amazing thing is that since this was on @itv a few weeks ago I’ve received so many messages from people who’ve checked themselves and gone to a medical professional to get checked out because they found something. And that’s what it’s all about.
Also, this is one of those performances that I don’t remember doing, so it’s lovely to watch back! It was 31° when we were filming this Christmas Ditty, and was so utterly last minute and camp, I was in my element 😝

Joining the show was daunting due to my self-confidence issues, body dysmorphia, and past eating struggles as a teen. Taking off my clothes in front of others was a fear I carried for years. However, the decision to raise cancer awareness and encourage self-checks made it worthwhile. I definitely felt more confident in myself as a year ago I’d committed myself to an overall healthier lifestyle, mentally, physically etc , but I don’t think I’ll ever feel completely comfortable starkers on national TV!!!!
We launched #fitti in September , the focus on helping people regain confidence through enjoyable, almost unnoticed workouts, Fitti also supports cancer survivors by incorporating exercise and stretching to enhance their quality of life , something that my mum found really helped
