Long before Copernicus’ discoveries, ancient Taoist Masters realized that the energy flow in the human body, if not restricted, also moves in an obit.

They came to this conclusion when observing that newborn babies naturally place their tongues up to the palate, just as they do in the womb🤰🏻

The tongue serves as the connection of the Microcosmic Orbit, the Qi Bridge.

The Microcosmic Orbit is the main pathway of Qi, the life-force, in the human body.

In a healthy energy system, Qi constantly and abundantly circulates as a closed circuit, running up the spine and going down the front of the body.
⠀
Before a baby is born, it gets food and oxygen from its mother through the umbilical cord. This energy circulates in an orbit around the navel area.
⠀
After the baby is born, it no longer needs the cord for nutrition, so this gets removed.
⠀
The body, though, still remembers the prenatal pattern and starts to move the orbit by itself. As people get older, the Orbit will gradually slow down or stop due to energy blockages, tensions and stress.

In Taoist practices, we return to this baby stage and make the connection to the Universe from the umbilical cord, which is known as the Born Again process.
This way, we reclaim our health and abundant energy flow we once had as children. We get back to our perfect original programming.
