Can a man imagine orgasm without ejaculation 🧐? Probably, a few. However, after starting with Taoist sexual energy practices, most men begin to experience multiple orgasms within 3 to 6 months. If you have an intimate, loving partner, that will accelerate the process 💜 An average man spills roughly 15 litters of his seed in a lifetime ― if redirected, this resource would become a vast store of energy for healing and rejuvenating. But what about sensual satisfaction and pleasure of the flesh? Through Taoist sexual practices most men realise that real sexual fulfilment lies not in feeling how the life is going out of you but in increasing the awareness of the vital current of Qi that flows through the loins✨ Multiorgasmicity ultimately leads to the whole-body orgasm — a rolling expansion of orgasmic energy throughout the whole body. In Taoism semen is considered to be an important substance rich in easily absorbable nutrients and energy that can revitalize your body and mind. Creating sperm is a complex process, requiring a diversion of resources that otherwise might go into assuring a male’s long-term health. By applying special Taoist techniques men can retain the outward ejaculation and transform it into an internal orgasm. This way the conserved life-force is channelled within to renew the whole body and revitalise the brain. ❤️On December 8-19th Master Mantak Chia will teach ancient Taoist practices both for men and women, in relationship and single on-spot in Thailand 🌏 as well as online with lifetime access to the recordings💻 Beginners are more than welcome as Master Mantak Chia will guide you step by step from fundamentals to advanced sexual practices. 🔥Benefit from a possibility to ask your questions related to practice. There will also be practice classes with the Universal Healing Tao System Instructors for better understanding of theory and establishing your daily routine. ⚡️ Last chance to join the class online with an early bird 20% off 💥! Taoist Sexuality: healing beyond limits of imagination❤️🔥❤️🩹 Sexual energy is one of our most powerful energies accessible to humans🔥 Most people do not know how to use it, aside from procreation and entertainment, so this rich source of healing energy is lost to them. The human body has an amazing power to create new life on a regular basis if we desire so. And the same creative essence can transform our life and health to unimaginable limits if recycled and redirected. In the average male, each ejaculation contains hundreds of millions of sperm cells. If every sperm cell met an egg, one man could repopulate the entire US with one ejaculation!💧 Women are born with a store of up to 1.000.000 eggs. During their fertile years, 400-500 eggs make their way out of the ovaries down the Fallopian tubes to the uterus. If no fertilization occurs, the egg and uterine lining passes out with the menstrual blood once a month🩸 This way, men lose their creative resource through excessive ejaculation and women ― through menstruation and childbirth🤰🏻 Some may argue that this is the way of nature, but to the Taoist, whose goals are revitalisation and longevity, this indiscriminate loss of sexual energy is a tremendous waste and squandering of one’s life force. For millennia, Taoists have developed skilful methods of conserving, balancing, and transforming sexual energy for improved physical and mental health, happier and more satisfying relationships, and spiritual growth. Taoist Sexual Alchemy offers rewards that can transform your life beyond your wildest dreams, but you have to study, strive to understand what you have learned, and then practice hard if you want to enjoy those amazing benefits. 🌺If you are ready for this transformation, Master Mantak Chia welcomes you with open arms to his Sexual Practices Intensive Course on December 8-19🙏🏻Both men and women are welcome!❤️ The course will take place online and in Tao Garden Resort. 🧘🏽The basic foundation of Taoist practice is learning to conserve the physical energy within our bodies so that it will no longer scatter and weaken as a result of our worldly interactions. 🪷Full spiritual independence requires that we avoid being drained of this energy through the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. The novice in the Universal Healing Tao System begins with a wide range of exercises that develop the physical body into an efficient and healthy organism, able to live in the world and yet stay free of the tensions and stresses of daily life. One aspires to return to a childlike state of innocence and vitality, to regain the Original Force that is our birthright. Specific goals of this level are to learn how to heal oneself, how to love oneself, and how to love others. ☯️Transforming negative energy into virtues: Opening the heart. The Inner Smile teaches us how to relax and heal the vital organs and to transform negative emotions back into a rich source of energy. They help open the heart center and connect us with unlimited Universal Love, improving daily interactions and providing a vehicle for the virtues, which derive from the internal organs. Taoists perceive the heart as the seat of love, joy, and happiness, which can connect with Universal Love. It is also a cauldron in which the energies of our virtues are combined and strengthened. Through the Inner Smile, you will feel these virtuous energies generated from their respective organs. You will then gather these into the heart to be refined and blended into compassion, the highest of all virtues. This is a most effective way to enhance one’s best qualities. 🔥If you want to start New Year transforming your life and find your inner balance, join Mantak Chia’s Winter Retreat 2024. The retreat will take place both online 💻and in Tao Garden ⛩️You can join one or more weeks. ⚡️We grant lifetime access to recordings. ✨Write the code word WINTER to learn more and book your participation
🗯️Orgasm and ejaculation is not the same! According to Taoism, there is a scale measuring from arousal to orgasm, where 1-6 is arousal itself, 9-10 is orgasm. The goal is to learn reaching 7 or 8 without flowing into 9 and 10 – that is orgasm without ejaculation. ❗️This is an important rule of semen retention. As soon as you feel the inevitability of ejaculation, apply the fingers for External Locking. If you wait too long, no force can stop the flow. When you know that ejaculation is imminent, apply the fingers. The locking should be applied before, during and after the contractions. Lock until you are certain that the pumping has ceased completely. The net result of locking in the semen is that much fluid flows back to the reservoirs from which it came. ✨There is no harm whatever done to the bodily organs, for the tissues in this region are highly elastic and accept the fluid which returns when you reverse the flow. It might seem that the seminal reservoir cannot hold fluid beyond a maximum level. This would be true if the male reproductive system were a simple hose and tank. This it is not🙅🏻 When the fluid reaches a high level, several things happen: 1️⃣First, production of sperm automatically declines. This saves the energy and materials needed to produce the nutritionally rich sperm. 2️⃣Second, there is a natural tendency for the body to reabsorb these fluids spontaneously. 3️⃣Third, the Taoists have perfected a system for “steaming” the seminal power up to the higher vital centres, thereby reducing pressure in the lower sperm ducts and prostate gland. This involves transmuting the liquid sperm to a higher energy state. 🔥Learn this and other methods in details in our Intensive course “Taoist secrets of love” live online on December 8-19. ✨Benefit from a possibility to ask your questions related to practice. The two pillars of Healing Love are conservation and transformation💫 ❗️Although the principle of conservation applies to both men and women, the actual practices of conserving sexual energy differ. 🚹The main way that men lose sexual energy is through ejaculation. 🚺Women, by contrast, lose little sexual energy through orgasm, but instead lose Ching Chi primarily through menstruation and childbearing. In both men and women, the major loss of Ching Chi occurs when the sperm cells or egg actually leave the body.☯️ Sexual energy is the only energy that can be multiplied regularly if it is stored. In practice, this involves recycling orgasmic energy through the Microcosmic Orbit, rather than allowing it to pass out of the body🧘🏽 This way, instead of expending one-third of the body’s energy to produce sperm and ova, this third can be saved and compounded regularly through intelligent sexual activity that does not lose any of the body’s essences🪷 ✨Therefore, to conserve sexual energy, the Healing Love practices emphasize retaining the sperm and egg except when procreation is desired, and learning to reabsorb, transform, and recycle the Ching Chi of the egg and sperm. Several practices help accomplish this process. Western folk wisdom has long agreed with the Taoists regarding the importance of conserving sexual energy. For example, most athletic coaches caution their athletes to refrain from sexual activities before an important competition or game. Similarly, in his famous book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill devotes an entire chapter to the necessity of conserving sexual energy to achieve great success in life If you want to learn how to multiply, store and use your sexual energy to improve both your sexual life, nourish your organs and get smarter, we invite you to join the Winter Retreat 2024. The workshop is suitable both for men and women, single or in relationship. 🗓️Schedule: 1️⃣Week 1 – Basic practices (highly recommended as prerequisite) – January 12-15 2️⃣Week 2 – Sexual alchemy – January 19-22 ⏰8 am – 12 pm CET 💻Online and in Tao Garden⛩️ 🔥Lifetime access to recordings included. How to choose a perfect Yoni Egg for sexual practice🥚 To preserve and transform sexual energy for greater vitality, rejuvenation and spiritual growth, women have to learn how to strengthen the vagina and pelvic floor muscles. One of the crucial exercises for that is the Jade Egg (Yoni Egg) Practice. When done regularly, this practice can help in balancing hormones, diminishing menstrual symptoms, and reaching multiorgasm easier🌺 Here are some recommendations on how to choose your perfect egg given by Gillian Reid, Healing Tao Senior Instructor: 🥚Make sure the stone you choose is not porous like some qualities of lapis lazuli or poor qualities of fake jade – they can collect bacteria and cause infection. 🥚A top quality Nephrite jade is the best but other stones also have beneficial properties. 🥚Crystals are vibrational alive and intelligent so you can also ask the universe and feel what you connect to to make your choice. 🥚The important thing is the personal attraction/relationship to the colour and quality of stone. We have different needs in different moments of our lives. 🥚Obsidian stone is Yin and good for clearing negative emotions and trauma blocked in the Yoni. 🥚Rose quartz is gentle and enhances feminine qualities. 🥚Red stones are normally Yang, so tonifying. 🥚Regarding size, eventually you should be able to train with all sizes. You can use small or medium if you have not had children. Use large or medium if you have had children. 🥚Remember that simply wearing the egg without doing the practices will not bring the desired benefits. ❤️Gillian will be leading Female Sexual Practice class in the framework of Master Mantak Chia’s Taoist Secrets of Love Intensive Course on December 8-19 online and on-site in Thailand. Practice Classes for men will be given by male instructors José Toirán and Walter Kellenberger. Don’t fight with your emotions!❌ 😈Anger, grief, sorrow, frustration, jealousy…People tend to get rid of the negative emotions, but this is wrong! ☯️Taoists say there is no 100% good or bad. The clue is to find a balance. 🧘🏽Taoist theory regards all positive and negative internal energies as parts of our life-force. When we become angry, it means that some of our life-force has been stored with a negative charge, empowering the reaction of anger. 🪷To prevent future responses of anger, we can locate the source of that energy and transform it, so that whenever we are confronted by upsets in our lives, we can apply more effective emotional responses, such as patience. ⚠️If someone or something triggers in us a response of anger, frustration, sadness, or depression, it is simply because we have not prepared ourselves by transforming our negative energies into positive life-force✨ Tremendous amounts of life-force can become negative emotional energies if we allow this to happen, just like a disease spreading throughout the body. ✨💫Preventive measures, such as Taoist meditative practices, offer a much longer-lasting approach to personal health and energetic conservation. The focus of these disciplines is to recycle emotional garbage into energy that enhances our lifeforce, rather than to release it from the body. 💭Some emphasize positive thinking (without actually transforming the negative energy), others simply try to release the negative emotion. Taoists do not judge these methods; instead, they offer a time-proven approach that begins with energy transformation through the basic exercises of the Inner Smile and the Six Healing Sounds.🎼 We invite you to join the first week of our upcoming Winter Retreat 2024 where you will learn these and other basic Taoist exercises and meditations that will help you become grounded and balanced🙏🏻 The workshop takes place both in Tao Garden ⛩️and online💻 🔥Lifetime access to recordings included. How often should one exercise Taoist sexual practices?🪷 🚹For men, there are exercises to be practised every day, or even better twice a day – both in the morning and evening. In terms of ejaculation, it is completely the opposite – you have to ejaculate according to your age. The older you are, the less frequent you ejaculate. At first glance, it may seem weird and even unhealthy, as men have completely different sexual routine, however these practices are thousands of years old and those who had practiced semen retention, marked an immense self-transformation as they become multi orgasmic and experience the whole-body orgasm. 🚺Women, on the contrary, do not have any time restrictions. They can practice on daily basis. A huge number of women all over the world, even being in relationship for a long time and even trying with different partners, cannot reach orgasm. Meanwhile, there are women that reach orgasms quickly. Taoist practices seek for the balance, the middle way. In fact, the longer you can hold the sexual energy on a slow, elevating burner, the more powerful its transformational qualities are. Sexual balance is a very important foundation for building a healthy physical and emotional life, but the Taoist goal is ultimately to gather the primal energies driving all our desires, emotions, and thoughts and cultivate them back into their original state of pure spirit. ❤️On December 8-19th Master Mantak Chia will teach ancient Taoist practices both for men and women, in relationship and single on-spot in Thailand as well as online with lifetime access to the recordings💻 Beginners are more than welcome as Master Mantak Chia will guide you step by step from fundamentals to advanced sexual practices. 💫Benefit from a possibility to ask your questions related to practice. ✨Establish your daily routine and dive into details by practicing with Universal Healing Tao Instructors. 🤔How can you improve your digestion with Taoist practices? As the festive season approaches, our attentions turn to Christmas dinner 🍴 ❗️Here are top 6 Taoist tips to help your digestion: 1️⃣The saying in the Tao is, “You drink your foods and chew your liquids and do it separately”. In other words, you chew the food to such a point where it is actually a liquid and then you swallow it. Your mouth is your first digestive process. The liquid you take in you should wash around into your mouth and activate the saliva. As you break down the food you need to chew it slowly and well, which reduces the work for your stomach and your intestines, which eliminates fear that would lead to contraction in your liver and impatience pattern deficiency in your bladder. 2️⃣You should Eat Simply, not too many ingredients, which create harder work for your spleen that governs your digestive process. The Simple Foods will give support by making your digestion easy as well as giving you an inner sense of clarity. 3️⃣Eat Lightly. The art is to stop eating before you are actually full which is the 70% Rule (only eating to 70% of your compacity). If you can do this then you will find you will have much more energy. 4️⃣You should Separate your Foods. This gets into Food Combining, how you mix your starches, proteins and carbohydrates. The key is to eat simply and the more you eat individual foods by themselves the easier it is to digest. 5️⃣When you drink with your meals the water or liquid dilutes the digestive process, which impairs the spleen and its function. It is generally better to limit the intake of a cup of water or tea at meals than to over dilute your digestive juices. 6️⃣Avoid too many cold foods, because cold foods overwhelm the digestive fire and can slow down the digestive process. ☯️Follow these rules and you will live a longer, healthier and happier life! And remember – burping is good. Just do not do it at the restaurant! ✨If you want to learn this and other Tao practices to improve your digestion, join our Winter Retreat 2024. Master your nervous system and make it work for yourself🙏🏻 ⠀ It is safe to say that the state of our nervous system determines the quality of our lives. ⠀ Our nervous state determines our behavior, our relationships with others, our approach to work and productivity, and our ability to withstand stressful situations without exhaustion. ⠀ Our autonomic nervous system can be divided into 2 main branches, which are the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems👇🏻 ⠀ 🔸Sympathetic Nervous System is often referred to as the «fight or flight» system because it becomes active in response to stress or danger. ⠀ From Taoist perspective, we can consider this system as Yang ― active, outward expanding, fast and hot♨️ ⠀ 🔸Parasympathetic Nervous System is often referred to as the «rest and digest» system because it becomes active during periods of rest, relaxation, and recovery. The parasympathetic nervous system can be considered as Yin ― slow, introspective, tranquil, passive. ⠀ One can notice that many people constantly live under stress and don’t realize that their sympathetic nervous system is always on. This leads to energy depletion, physical and emotional exhaustion, and ultimately ― illnesses. ⠀ In the Tao, we have a fundamental practice that allows us to unify Yin and Yang energies in the body and integrate our nervous systems for wellness and self-healing. This practice is called the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation🧘🏻♂️ ⠀ The Microcosmic Orbit is the main pathway of Qi, vital energy, in the human body🪐 When your Orbit is open, energy constantly circulates as a closed circuit, running up the spine and going down in the front of the body. ⠀ The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is a millennia-old tool to help ensure that your energy stays strong, invigorated, vibrant and free of blockages. ⠀ ☯️If you want to learn this ancient esoteric practice from a real Tao Master, we invite you to join Master Mantak Chia’s workshop on Energy Meditation that will take place online and on-site in Thailand on December 1st – 5th. ⠀ Write the word TAO in the comments to know more👇🏻 ⠀ Welcome, and may the Qi be with you!🙏🏻
Reclaim energy and health you once had as a child👼🏻 ⠀ When you live and move in harmony with the Universe, everything in your life becomes healthier and more balanced⚖️ ⠀ All cosmic bodies in this Universe spin in orbits, and people are constantly affected by these intangible movements🌀 ⠀ Long before Copernicus’ discoveries, ancient Taoist Masters realized that the energy flow in the human body, if not restricted, also moves in an obit. ⠀ They came to this conclusion when observing that newborn babies naturally place their tongues up to the palate, just as they do in the womb🤰🏻 ⠀ The tongue serves as the connection of the Microcosmic Orbit, the Qi Bridge. ⠀ The Microcosmic Orbit is the main pathway of Qi, the life-force, in the human body. ⠀ In a healthy energy system, Qi constantly and abundantly circulates as a closed circuit, running up the spine and going down the front of the body. ⠀ Before a baby is born, it gets food and oxygen from its mother through the umbilical cord. This energy circulates in an orbit around the navel area. ⠀ After the baby is born, it no longer needs the cord for nutrition, so this gets removed. ⠀ The body, though, still remembers the prenatal pattern and starts to move the orbit by itself. As people get older, the Orbit will gradually slow down or stop due to energy blockages, tensions and stress. ⠀ In Taoist practices, we return to this baby stage and make the connection to the Universe from the umbilical cord, which is known as the Born Again process. This way, we reclaim our health and abundant energy flow we once had as children. We get back to our perfect original programming. ⠀ 🔥If you would like to regain your energy and wellness, and become whole again, we invite you to join Master Mantak Chia LIVE Online Workshop on Energy Meditation (the Microcosmic Orbit) on December 1st-4th. Lifetime access to recordings will be provided. ⠀ Write the word TAO in the comments to book last spots!👇🏻 ⠀ This workshop is designed to help you step by step open the Microcosmic orbit🪐 ⠀ It includes LIVE energy transmission by Master Chia to facilitate the opening and jump start your energy circulation🔥 ⠀ May the Qi be with you🙏🏻
What prevents people from healing from any disease? ❤️🩹 ⠀ Sometimes people don’t get healed because of the mind, it doesn’t open enough and blocks these natural processes. People’s thoughts, emotions and actions can directly affect the healing 🪷 ⠀ In Tao we have to believe ourselves. We have a power to heal ourselves 🔥 ⠀ That’s why an animal when it gets hurt, it hides in a cave, very quietly just stays there: it does not eat, does not do anything, just stays there until it gets better and only after that comes out. ⠀ The same thing happens when we have a depression, when our energies are out of balance. In this case: ☯️just stay quiet, stop doing too much ⠀ ☯️rest some more, meditate – sit quietly or lie down 🧘♀️ İf you are not getting a good deep rest your healing system is not functioning at 100%. ⠀ In this way, you can do one simple practice, which will recharge your battery 🪫 ⠀ Unfortunately, we only know when we sleep 💤 we rechargе the battery, but in Tao practice they emphasize how to correct energy, how to store and charge energy because intentions are actually like a battery: negative and positive. They can store a lot of energy. ✨Do you feel like you charged your batteries during this Christmas break? ⠀ There are many practices to activate our internal battery and when you learn how to store energy, your energy will increase⬆️ ⠀ During Winter Retreat Master Chia will guide you through basic and advanced Taoist energy meditations, help to activate your internal battery and healing energy💜 ⠀ 👉🏻 If you would like to join these workshops in Tao Garden or online in January, write the code word WINTER by direct message of this account. What is Taoist Emotional Wisdom?💡 ⠀ In the West, negative emotions are often regarded as weaknesses, character flaws, or even sins. Maybe you also see it this way? ⠀ We consider ourselves to be civilised, so we reject these emotions — hide them, deny, or suppress their existence. ⠀ But this suppression leads to a dead end and causes many negative consequences for our emotional and physical health😩 ⠀ Suppressed negative emotions and stress don’t just go away. They keep building up; they embed in the internal organs, muscles, and in the psyche. Stress sabotages our lives, creates neuroses, addictions, and physical diseases🤒 It’s high time for the humanity to master Taoist millenia-old tools for emotional health, wisdom, stress management and a higher state of well-being❤️ Taoist fundamental self-healing formulas, such as the Inner Smile and the Six Healing Sounds, help in transforming the painful emotions of anger, depression, fear, and guilt into kindness, courage, joy, and peacefulness🙏🏻 In the Tao, we believe that emotions are just energies and natural expressions of different organs. For example, worry is the expression of the spleen. Fear is the expression of the kidneys😨😟 These so-called negative emotions are valuable messages from our Soul telling us that something is out of balance and needs to be changed. The Taoist solution is to learn from and harness the strong energies of troubling emotions by transmuting them into positive life-force energy✨ 🔥If you want to harness your emotions, get rid of stress, anxiety and worry, and reach a higher state of well-being, we invite you to join Master Mantak Chia’s LIVE online workshop on Taoist Emotional Wisdom on November 25-27. Write the word TAO in the comments to book last spots👇🏻 You will learn in-depth the Six Healing sounds meditation, The Inner smile and other ancient Taoist exercises to get rid of nervous tensions and blockages. Lifetime access to recordings will be provided. Master Chia will do Energy Transmission and send Healing Violet light to onsite and online attendees during this workshop💜 Welcome, and may the Qi be with you!🙏🏻
What is the danger of kundalini energy❓ 🐍Kundalini energy or snake power is a very strong tool in meditations, however you should use it carefully. 🧘🏽Without grounding, the practitioner may experience many negative side effects from energy practices. Among the many possible side effects, “Kundalini psychosis” is one of the most common. Kundalini psychosis occurs when too much hot or Yang Chi rushes up the spine (or right or left psychic channel) to the brain and gets stuck there🧠 😵Symptoms include intense heat and/or pressure in the head or heart, visual and auditory haIlucinations, paranoia, disorientation, obsessive thinking, and insomnia. These symptoms can persist for days, weeks, or even longer. Because the root of this disorder is actually energetic, the most effective cure for Kundalini psychosis is to lead the energy back down from the head to the navel or soles of the feet. This is accomplished by opening the Microcosmic Orbit. Bringing the energy down is much easier if one learns grounding techniques✨ Other problems that can occur from lack of grounding include overheating, high blood pressure, headaches, heart palpitation or arrhythmia, lack of focus on the details of life, distractedness, or a general sense of “spiciness”. All these symptoms can usually be effectively prevented through the simple technique of opening the Microcosmic Orbit and learning to connect to the energy of Mother Earth. You may need to practice more to vent any excess energies (or negative emotional energies) that tend to stick in the heart 🫀or in the head when the Microcosmic Orbit is first opened. 🗓️In the first week of the Winter Retreat 2024 (January 12-15th) Mantak Chia will do a very powerful initiation “passing energy” – the opening of the student’s microcosmic orbit, which is performed only once a year❗️ By the professional guidance of the Grandmaster, you will learn how to do this meditation on your own and get the most benefit of it🪷 The workshop takes place both online 💻and on-site in Tao Garden⛩️ Lifetime access to recordings included🔥 Write the code word WINTER to learn more and book your participation👇
Start your Taoist path for better health and vitality 🙏 Tao beginners normally start their path by learning the Inner Alchemy basic practices. These techniques are ancient, time-tested and quite simple. ✨They transform stress into vitality, offer you more energy, better health, controlled emotions, relief of chronic pains, and a better life-quality. Here are the foundational Healing Tao practices that will help you set off on your journey of physical, mental and spiritual healing: ⠀ ☯️The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation ― a must-do practice for all beginning Tao practitioners. This Orbit is the main pathway of Qi, vital energy, in the human body. When your Microcosmic Orbit is open, it constantly circulates as a closed circuit, running up the spine and going down in the front of the body. In daily life with all its stresses, oftentimes Qi becomes stagnant or blocked. Without a constant flow of vital energy, your body becomes heavy and more prone to health challenges. The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is a powerful way to help ensure that your energy stays invigorated, active and full of life. ☯️The Six Healing Sounds combine special sounds ― healthy frequencies of different organs ― with body postures opening organ meridians. This practice balances and heals your 5 major organs, releasing excessive heat and toxicity from your body to the Mother Earth. During decades of practicing and teaching, Master Chia enhanced this practice by adding details from Traditional Chinese Medicine: corresponding emotions and psychological traits, colours, and seasons. 🪷You can learn Taoist Fundamentals during Winter Retreat 2024 in Tao Garden or online. Early bird prices for Tao Garden till 20 December 2023, for online participation till 7 January 2024. ⚡️ To learn more write the word WINTER in the comments👇
🙅🏻The soul and spirit cannot be destroyed! The physical body does not last long, but the energetic one lasts forever♾️ When we come to this world, Spleen, Liver, Heart, Lungs, Kidneys – each of the 5 major organs get their own spirits and souls. When we don’t know how to conserve and transform our physical body into an energetic one, it drains our life force and we don’t have energy😫 🧘🏽When we learn to purify organs and we gather their energy and condense it, thus we create a pearl that enhances our spirit. ✨The pure life-force energy derived from the organs and fused together during the Fusion practice is crystallized into an energy ball. Forming the pearl is the first step toward transferring consciousness to a new realm. Not all people perceive the pearl in the same way. Some might not see a pearl, but might recognize it as an acute feeling of awareness or as an intensified ability to concentrate. Some may feel a concentration of heat. All are experiencing the pearl as the essence of life-force energy⚡️ 💎Fusion stands out as the «jewel» of Taoist meditations because of its remarkable efficacy in transforming conflicting and disharmonious emotions. At the same time, it is a passage to higher-level darkroom practices. It lays the foundation of our focus while we pass through the deeper layers of darkness. 🌑The darkroom retreat is a unique and immersive experience where we voluntarily spend an extended time in complete silence and darkness. We eliminate all sources of external light towards activating our pineal gland and use the gland as a gateway to an increased interconnectedness with the universe. We remain in total darkness, allowing ourselves to experience sensory deprivation, intensify our internal awareness and observations, and delve deeper into our inner self with heightened sensory perception. 🙅🏻This winter, you can participate in the Fusion workshop in complete darkness, which will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the practice. 🔥Join us online or at Tao Garden and gain lifetime access to the recordings to repeat the practice on your own. Why is it important to spin your Energy daily?🌀 ⠀ Spinning or spiralling the energy attracts more energy from the Cosmos around us. At first we should learn how to actively spin ourselves. ⠀ Later, when we become more aware of the spinning deep inside us and in the larger cosmos around us, the movement will happen spontaneously. Just being aware of this enables us to tap into enormous sources of energy. ⠀ Spinning is an important concept in Taoist practice. Everything around us spins and often emits strong electromagnetic charged fields. We live in a spinning universe. All energy spins🌀🌀🌀 ⠀ In Taoist practice we must establish ourselves in the spinning universe, have our own spin to create our own identity and to be able to make contact with it. ⠀ ⚛️There are similarities between the solar system where everything is spinning and our atom, with our atom spinning around a central point in an elliptical orbit. ⠀ We have 6.5 trillion cells in our body and each cell atom is spinning. The combined force of the spinning can generate tremendous power. ⠀ So, our atoms are continually moving and are influenced by the Solar System and the Universe around. ⠀ This individual spin enables us to communicate with the rest of the universe and exchange energy with it. In the Tao, we call this the Microcosmic Orbit🪐 ⠀ When we open our Microcosmic Orbit energy circuit going up the spine and down the front of the body, we enter the state of dynamic energy circulation, and reunite with the Universe by aligning all our cells with its spinning pattern. This way we can regain our health, vitality, and promote spiritual growth✨ ⠀ 🔥If you would like to bring harmony, clarity and healing in every aspect of your life, we invite you to join Master Mantak Chia LIVE Online Workshop on Energy Meditation (the Microcosmic Orbit) on December 1st-4th. ⠀ This workshop is designed to help you step by step activate your main Energy Channel and open the Microcosmic orbit. It includes LIVE energy transmission by Master Chia to facilitate the opening and jump start your energy circulation. ⠀ Write the word TAO in the comments to book last spots online!👇🏻 ⠀ Welcome, and may the Qi be with you🙏🏻
Tao Garden in Pattaya😳…sounds weird, but did you know that Mantak Chia used to bring his students there? When we think about Thailand, the first thing that comes to our mind is white sand beaches, gentle sea and hot climate🏝️ Before Mantak Chia founded Tao Garden, people from across the world had come to Pattaya to do the Winter Retreat with him. Once his students said: “Master, we’d like to have our own centre”. Mantak Chia had been dreaming of building a Tao Garden, but it took him some time to choose the right place. The main criteria were climate and geography. And the best option is the North. Master wanted water and mountains at the same place – and this is how he decided on Chiang Mai. He was inspired by the Taoist philosophy that nature nurtures one towards radiant health and beauty. Mantak Chia believes that health arises from pure cells and blood, hence Tao Garden’s motto of “good air, good water, good air, good heart, good chi.”🪷 💦The water, purified by reverse osmosis and ozone, is better than bottled water and the air is alive with fresh oxygen. 🦜🌿This eco-eden is also home to over 45 bird and 27 butterfly species as well as over 500 varieties of fruits, flowers and herbs, making it a paradise for nature lovers. ⛩️Tao Garden is a place where you can not only study Taoist and meditations, but also have medical tests and get special holistic treatments. The most signature one is Taoist Chi Nei Tsang abdominal detox therapy created by Master Mantak Chia. 🧑🏻⚕️Pakua clinic located in Tao Garden is certified by the Ministry of Public Health and has more than 20 years’ experience. ✨If you have been dreaming of escaping from the noise, detach from daily routine, recharge yourself and have special treatments, Tao Garden is waiting for you! 🧘🏽Our upcoming event is Winter retreat 2024. You will learn Taoist fundamentals to find your inner balance together with Mantak Chia. ❗️Early bird prices available till December 20. Have you ever wished that you could shoot orgasmic energy up the back of your spine to revitalize your mind and experience rolling orgasms? Well, it turns out there’s an ancient Taoist practice that teaches just that, and all it takes is a bit of training. After an erotic detox last year, I embarked on a pilgrimage to the renowned Tao Garden, located just outside of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand, to learn from Master Mantak Chia. Master Chia, a celebrated Taoist teacher, is best known for his book “The Multi-Orgasmic Man” and his expertise in the alchemy of erotic energy. (Link to the podcast in bio)
Could Taoist practices heal depression?😞 ⠀ This material was contributed by TCM specialist Han Serhan Keser @serhan.keser. Thank you!🙏🏻 ⠀ From its inception, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been addressing and treating depression, understanding the intricate connection between the body and mind. ⠀ 💊Pharmaceutical antidepressants are often prescribed to manage depression. However, it is essential to understand that these medications do not “cure” depression in the way antibiotics can treat a bacterial infection. ⠀ Instead, antidepressants regulate neurotransmitters in the 🧠brain, such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, which are believed to be imbalanced in individuals with depression. ⠀ 🫁According to TCM, the lungs play a vital role in maintaining emotional well-being. The lungs are associated with the emotions of grief and sadness, and the process of letting go. ⠀ Imbalances, disharmonies, stagnation, or blockage in the lung Qi can result in emotional stagnation, leading to feelings of sadness, melancholy, and, in severe cases, depression😔 ⠀ In TCM, the smooth flow of Qi (life force) within the body’s energy circuits is essential for emotional well-being. ⠀ 🛡Wei Qi — the body’s defensive energy — protects us against external pathogens. Balanced lung energy supports Wei Qi, providing resilience against emotional stressors. ⠀ Weak lung Qi can make an individual more susceptible to emotional disturbances, including depression. ⠀ By restoring balance to the lung energy, one can alleviate feelings of sadness and help manage symptoms of depression. ⠀ Taoist fundamental practices incorporate meditation, visualization, breathwork and mindfulness techniques, aiding the release of constrained emotions. ⠀ They give us tools to acknowledge and release suppressed feelings, which can help manage the emotional weight of depression✨ ⠀ Through these ancient formulas, individuals can heighten their awareness of both body and emotions through mind focus and conscious breathing. ⠀ This enhanced awareness fosters better emotional regulation and balance, encouraging a practitioner to cultivate a positive mindset and stay present🙏🏻 ⠀ Read more on images☝🏻
