Sara Ramirez Instagram – Today is International Transgender Day of Visibility. #ITDOV #TDOV . Understanding ourselves takes time, everyone’s journey looks different, and that’s ok! Sometimes blossoming our authentic selves is an incremental process that may not give us clarity until we’re in our 30s or 40s, like me. And that’s ok too! . I am blessed to be here another day. Grateful to my loved ones and community for making me feel seen/held/heard, for affirming my own right to healing, joy, respect to my dignity, to be loved. I am a real person. To trans community of all ages: Please know that what many of us in the public eye post is just a post. It cannot possibly encapsulate all of who we are or what each of our lives are about.
