We are here for all oppressed peoples, from marginalized communities in the U.S. to Congo to Sudan to Puerto Rico to Haiti to Hawaii and beyond. Thank you Dr and Professor @brothercornelwest for speaking truth to power yesterday in DC. Thank you for acknowledging the rainbow of voices within our humanity. Thank you for reminding us we are not alone. Thank you for bringing so much love and strength to the day so we could march side by side, knowing we are on the right side of history. This is for our beloved Muslim, Jewish, Palestinian, Gazan community. We condemn anti-semitism. We condemn Islamophobia. We condemn genocide. We cannot have safety for one, without safety and protection for all. This is a human issue. This is a matter of COURAGE. You said it best. Thank you. Thank you. Sara Ramirez Instagram - 2023 has been full of love, pain, joy and so much more. It opened up my awareness further, reawakened my desire and commitment to experience pleasure in my art, strengthened existing relationships while exposing those that I must quietly let go, reminded me of what really truly matters, and fortified my investment in telling the truth. I saw things in 2023 that I cannot unsee. I was loved (and continue to be loved) in my monogamous romantic partnership more than I’ve ever felt loved in my entire life. I was let go from spaces that are not worthy of me, and invited into spaces that are. I met new community while mourning those we lost. My moral clarity is evolving and I can’t help but wonder who else and what else I will attract in 2024. Thank you to all whose paths I crossed with. Thank you to healed ancestors and transcestors whose energies and protection I feel now more than ever before. Thank you to spirit and Love for watching over us all. Things may look/sound/feel very different moving forward. Change is my greatest ally. I wish us healing and peace. . . Here’s to a Healing New Year, from this earthling to you. ❤️‍🩹✌🏽♥️ . .
