Taking a few moments before getting into bed, I wash my feet with water, and immediately feel gratitude for the clean running water in my home, and my strong little feet that have carried me through yet another day on planet Earth. The thought of getting into bed with dirty feet horrifies me! My bed is a place of peace and comfort, and keeping it clean is of utmost importance if I am to have pleasant dreams.
