Amy Paffrath Instagram – Honoring my inner child by showing up for this precious soul. This was a very healing visit to my hometown. We tried to go up in the Arch but it was sold out. So instead we walked to the Old Cathedral and lit a candle for Flo, her namesake who died 3 years ago today. The synergies are everywhere and I know that miraculous healing I prayed for on the way here has happened. I feel lighter. Eternally grateful for the city that shaped me and this beautiful symbol of hope and possibly. It’s the gateway to the West and I guess I took that literally, moving as far West as one could go. California is my home now but you can never forget your roots. We travel home today with full hearts from the quality time spent with my Mom, Aunt, Uncle, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews girlfriends and their children.
