Daniella Rabbani Instagram – The status quo is changing as we speak. Women are constantly creating life and opportunities and the world is finally beginning to accept that the future is female and we need more of them as leaders. 🩷

This is one of my favorite conversations I had of 2023 with @daniellarabbani – a fellow talented and successful actress who hosts the @momcuriouspodcast talking to inspiring women in NYC. I’m having more and more of these conversations with young women in creative spaces, entrepreneurs, independent business owners or highly ranked professionals and thought leaders who are interested but afraid to embrace their nature as women and therefore choose to be more submissive to society’s structures. I can recall many figures of the entertainment industry pushing me to believe that as women we have to be obsessed with career and not family. I was even told recently that there are companies paying women to freeze their eggs in order to work longer. This saddens me as the woman’s voice and desires may become silenced.
