Francia Raísa Instagram – Last week I got the opportunity to visit Mexico City with a group of Mexican American artists and learn more about our roots and ancestors. We got to visit the Herdez foundation where we got to learn about traditional Mexican cuisines and explore its library with the most extensive collection of Mexican cook-books in the world. We got to make tortillas and taste all the different salsa’s including mine. The way I connect with my Mexican heritage is through food so this experience was transformative.
