She witnessed it happen and went to the roof to film it unknowing that it was her brother that was murdered. Her mother, younger brother, and many family members were targeted and murdered two months ago. She is a real person. With depths of grief we would never be able to actually understand. She is 21 years old and now is the only surviving child of beloved Uncle Wael. I call him Uncle because that is the way we as Hawai’i show our respect and our reverence. I don’t know them but I pray for them like I pray for my own family. Like I pray for my own people. Follow her and amplify her voice. More than that, please pray for her heart and her and her fathers safety. Israel is targeting and attacking and murdering every journalist they possibly can. These are crimes against humanity.
