Happy Sunday! As requested here’s a post Thanksgiving circuit to snatch you up! Breathing is so important. Please breathe lol every rep, in & out.

You don’t need any equipment, just the energy, deets below ðŸ‘‡ðŸ― 

In order of the slides:

1. 8-10 reps per side, focus on a tight core don’t put all your weight in your working wrist shift it to the center (your core). Think long and lean

2. 20 reps straight through don’t stop power up and land softly

3. After jump squats go straight into 20 pulses stay as LOW as possible 

4. 20 reps be sure to engage your core

5. 20 reps so 10 each leg but alternate and stay low don’t come all the way up

6. 12 reps per leg, be sure to emphasize the twist

4 rounds of everything, I can barely walk from this lol âĪïļâ€ðŸ”ĨâĪïļâ€ðŸ”ĨâĪïļâ€ðŸ”Ĩ
