Use a weight that’s challenging, if you can do 5-7 reps without feeling anything, go up 5lbs
Contracting the right muscles and using resistance will make a world of difference … #mindmuscleconnection
Use depth when you can, those pretty lines and the separation of muscles throughout the legs come over time and from a good range of motion when you’re moving the weight. So don’t go too heavy because you’ll compromise form, find that sweet spot
I ran track for many years, played volleyball etc! I’ve been bodybuilding for 12 years straight no pauses lol … it takes time!
12 reps of everything be sure you do equal reps on each leg when you’re doing single leg movements like the #bulgariansplitsquats
