Jo Frost Instagram – 2024 is around the corner, take back your own personal strength, stop allowing people out here to confuse you with this ‘coping’ messaging,it leaves you all fearful,crippling your confidence and that is not productive for you or your children. By all means educate yourself, however I want you as parents to block out the distractions as they are preventing you from listening to your own inner voice,get real quite,I promise you, you will hear and when you do it will then require you to go into action to change the circumstances.
