Lena Hall Instagram – Today marks 8 YEARS SOBER! It’s my sober anniversary. A new birthday. Or a re-birth. However you look at it I really can’t believe how quickly those eight years flew by. I couldn’t do it without my incredible husband who keeps me “on the beam” every single day! Being sober in this industry is difficult at times but so worth it! Life is still hard and will always throw curveballs my way, that’s life, that’s how it works. But now I can face them with a clearer mind and more regulated emotions, I don’t fly off the handle when small thing go wrong. Here’s to another year of sobriety and all that comes with it! To anyone who might be toying with the idea, sober-curious, you never know what amazing things this will bring you unless you try it for an extended period of time. It doesn’t have to be forever but the changes you will see will astound you. If you need someone to talk to my door is always open!
