Norah Casey Instagram – It’s been a week… but as that wise gal #dollyparton says: “Storms make trees take deeper roots” I won’t lie… stormy weather affects my energy and I know I’m not alone. Those dark skies rest heavy on my mood and I have to dig deep into that store of will power to get out for a walk on the bleakest of days… when I often need that blast of fresh air and walking therapy most. But I guess life is a little like that too and we can all have stormy days that have nothing to do with the rain… and we learn to weather them. Sending love to all those going through those #lifestorms right now. They will pass but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it when you’re going through it. Myself and many others reading this are living proof that there is life even after the most tumultuous of storms that wreak havoc on our lives.
