Quarter Pound Hash Brown 🥔
Elevating the humble potato to crispy deliciousness! There is something so beautiful about the golden brown transformation of a potato. 😍
Sundays are for slow mornings and big breakfasts… These THICC BOI hashbrowns are the moment, a crispy exterior and fluffy center. 🤤🥔🔥
What you garnishing your hashbrowns with? Ketchup? Creme Fraiche? Caviar??
🥂To Sunday 🤗 Make some memories ❤️
Ingredients:
2ea Russet Potatoes, blanched, peeled
1/2ea Onion, sweated
2Tbls Cornstarch
3Tbls Neutral oil
1ea Egg White
2tsp Kosher salt
Method:
Gently fold all ingredients together, turn out potato mixture onto baking tray. Press overnight.
Fry 365f until golden brown. Salt while hot
