Sara Mitich Instagram – Hello everyone! I’m so happy to finally announce a project that is so dear to my heart: the Gratitude & Growth Podcast.
Most of you probably know me as an actor, but what you may not know is I’ve been on the most transformative journey the last few years of my life. On this podcast, I’ll open up about the experiences I’ve had and tools I’ve acquired to finally step into a life that is built upon peace, happiness, and joy. How exploring, nurturing, honoring and exercising my mind, body, and soul allowed me to let go of the things that no longer served me, cultivate awareness about the choices I’m making, and give myself permission to become the person I’ve always wanted to be.
This podcast has been a dream for almost a year and the fact that I’m launching it in the next few days fills my heart with such immense joy. I can’t wait to share with you my journey, my discoveries, and how these two concepts – Gratitude & Growth – have changed my life.
