Sheila Kelley Instagram – How do you love each other? I just held a workshop on how to amplify your masculine and feminine energy to love deeper. There were 3,000 people on the @mindvalley zoom call. It was so beautiful to watch the chat fly by with humanity, love, respect, and intrigue. What touched me the most were the comments asking for more clarification about love. About being seen in a world that is full of “too much”. Too much input, too much advice, too much direction, too much angst, too much desperation. It’s simple really: Love lives in the quiet moments of connection between you and your beloved. And when I say “your beloved” I am referring to any person with whom you share any kind of love. It could be the love between friends or the love between lovers. But the knowing connection in eye to eye contact – that moment where you spend an extra two seconds looking into each other’s souls, that moment is sizzling, and heart opening and soul inspiring. Sheila Kelley Instagram – It’s the middle of the global warming apocalypse. I’m taking to the water. One of the most fun things I play with through my body practice is inhabit animal bodies. Meaning I embody my animal of choice for the day. Some days I embody a cat and lay around the house all day stretching, rolling and purring. Other days I might embody a dog and scamper, wag my tail and pant. There are days when I feel very panther-like and stalk around in the shadows all sensuous and threatening. I might embody a bear or a deer if I’m up in the mountains. But, today, I’m embodying a dolphin, gliding through the water effortlessly and easily.
