Ashley Walters Instagram – I got on the scales November 2023 and realised I was exactly 100kg. The next day I made a decision to get back to the grind. I called @camchidamma to train me and @mrsportofficial to sort out my diet. I’m now down to 92kg and aiming to hit 83kg by February. All we need is the drive and determination to be the change we want to see. This is not a New Year’s resolution thing, this is a life thing. This is the same energy I have in every aspect of my life.
