This is 3 hours a week on a physio table.
This is in bed at 9 and up at 5.
This is daily naps and ice baths so I can go again.
This is meditation and visualisation.
This is countless hours in the dark place, dreaming of the light.
This is everyday, every week, every month, for 4 years.
This is no matter what, I gave it all.
