Frank Bruno Instagram – Afternoon good to be back on here can I start by thanking everyone for the goodwill messages you are very kind. I am still in a lot of pain & struggling despite doing my prescribed exercises its frustrating not doing what I want in a gym. Sadly we have lost 2 well known faces in the last 24 hours. Ian Lavender (Pike) from Dads Army I met loads of time on the circuit lovely friendly man always had time for his fans. Barry John I remember was the most famous Rugby player of his era we met a few times he was quite shy and said to me “I could not handle fame in my day let-alone now.” Just have a look at Youtube at him playing
