I’ve been doing a lot of wrestling demos lately and I wanted to mix it up and incorporate some striking to set up a takedown for mma so I chose my own patented technique the mma super duck! Using our straight punches, uppercuts, and the ever important outside step we can mimic the motions high level wrestlers use to hit one of the slickest takedowns in the sport and transition the technique over to mixed martial arts. Try it out and let me know what you think especially my wrestlers out there!

O Uchi Gari or Inside Trip series a nice progression on the for major inside reap with a couple solid and funoptions if they defend a great way to get some action going if you get stuck in an over under stalemate
I don’t know what to call this so I’ma just call it the Ramos roll, but here goes my interpretation of the technique Purdue’s Matt Ramos used to stick Spencer Lee at this years NCAA’s nice and funky just like we like (I promise I’ll get better at the talking part of this as you can see video quality has improved it’s just a work in progress lol
