Luis Peña Instagram – I’ve been doing a lot of wrestling demos lately and I wanted to mix it up and incorporate some striking to set up a takedown for mma so I chose my own patented technique the mma super duck! Using our straight punches, uppercuts, and the ever important outside step we can mimic the motions high level wrestlers use to hit one of the slickest takedowns in the sport and transition the technique over to mixed martial arts.
