Mark Wright Instagram – Banana Blueberry Protein Pancakes 🥞🤤
Course I had to make some pancakes today but with a healthy twist… and trust me this version is such a winner.
Ingredients listed below, all you need to do is pop everything in a blender till smooth then fry in a pan on a medium heat as normal (I used a little bit of olive oil for this). Use some foil to keep your pancakes warm as you cook your stack! Top with whatever you like, I went for protein yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries and honey.
1 banana
75g oats
3 eggs
2 scoops of Vanilla protein
Splash of milk (any you like)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Handful of blueberries
Toppings of your choice!
